Stacy Addition

This 1930’s bungalow was transformed into a stunning 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths home with high end light fixtures, flooring, and counters. The original 850 sq ft 2 bedrooms and 1 bath front bungalow was kept and an additional 950 sq ft master bedroom/bath, dining room, and living room with fireplace was added. The carport was also converted into a casita with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bath!

Lindell Addition

The roof was removed from this 1500 sq ft bungalow and a complete renovation that included a two-story addition ended up with spectacular views of the city and 2500 sq ft of living space. Another part of this story was the conversion of the back porch into a stunning dining room.

South Congress Remodel

Making lemonade from lemons! This was an opportunity to take an older house and only incorporate cosmetic changes, which included paint, lighting, art work, and furnishings.

East 2nd Addition

This 800 sq ft 2 bedroom and 1 bath bungalow was completed gutted with 200 sq ft of kitchen, utility room, and back deck demolished. The original bedrooms were converted into 1 primary bedroom and the ceiling support beams were lifted into the attic space to create a more continuous space that flowed into the two-story addition that resulted in a 2300 sq ft property!

South 6th Addition

The original house was a 1 bedroom / 1 bath cinderblock house. It was then upgraded to a 2 bedroom / 2 bath and rented for several years. After a full demolition, a one-of-kind property that combines New Orleans and Charleston designs, large columns on the first and second floor balconies with gas lanterns, and a third story 300 sq ft patio with one of the best city views in all of Bouldin was created!

Live Oak Renovation

A future project that is expected to result in a modern two-story property in the heart of South Congress, this gem was remodeled and boasts plenty of entertainment options!
